Dag 6 van ons Daniel vas

H:Vandag was dag 6 van ons Daniel vas. Ons mik vir 10 dae. Geen Vleis,suiker of suiwel! Ons mag hoofsaaklik vrugte en groente eet.

Ek het vanoggend 6uur opgestaan en was tot byna 9uur in die waters. Dit was die mooiste oggend!

Ek en vroulief het vanaf 13:00 tot 17:00 bietjie by die klub gaan tennis speel. Baie aktiewe dag. Dit help ons vergeet van eet.

Nothing extraordinary,but definately worth the paddle

We started with the Daniels Fast this morning. No meat, dairy and sugar. Whaaaat?!!

Bali in Jbay?

Been struggling with the travel bug again lately.

Spending lots of time on the internet researching places to go,comparing prices. Keep heading into a brick wall. So many uncertaincies and doubt knocking me down.

Especially days like these in Jbay makes me believe that I will be dissapointed compared to the lifestyle we have here...

Happy 2017

To our fittest year.. Exclamation or question mark? We vowed to ourselves that 2017 will be our fittest year together. We've been getting into bad habits lately..

I've been really lazy, only been surf- and golfing.  Every year millions of promises and new years resolutions are made. So too have we.

Lets see if we can keep our promise..
